CRYOGENIC INSULATION ENGINEERING
Cryogenic tanks are double-walled tanks with the space between the walls filled with expanded perlite as an insulation material. During the construction of these tanks, the perlite is expanded on site using a mobile containerised furnace. Perlite is then installed inside the tank using a pneumatic pumping system. KD One has the world first internal vibrating technology, which was built on the strength of our more than 30 years of our experience in the manufacture and supply of cryogenic insulation materials, we provide a total service spanning from design to procurement and installation.
AIR SEPARATION UNITS, (COLD-BOX)
Cryogenic perlite is poured into the ASU-Cold Box utilizing a stream of air through the conveying pipes and drops into the feed point. Pre-expanded perlite or on-site expanded perlite can be utilized.As a pioneer of China's perite market, we are currently actively moving throughout China.
GTT NO96 SYSTEM INSULATION
We supply the expanded perite applied as the main insulation of GTT NO96 LNGC system. It received the world's second GTT certification in 1991 and supplied about 200 LNGCs to DSME Korea. It also participated in the development of China's first LNGC in 1994 and supplied 20 ships to the Hudong Shipyard.
